The service covers more than 20 languages and is supported by our in-house Para-legal team. The debt collection service is geared toward amicable recovery of overdue debt, which is achieved through our Reason-Resolution-Remittance solution.

Reason:
Establish contact by communicating to the customer in their local language through professional collection calls and interactive communications. Identify why the account has not been paid and resolve any outstanding disputes.

Resolution:
Remove all obstacles for payment delay and apply an incentive to issue payment such as avoidance of debt registration on the international Late Payment Register or prevention of further action through local lawyers.

Remittance:
Secure proof of payment on an agreed payment date to include interest and costs where applicable.
